Lauren Landolfi

Lauren M. Landolfi, a Shareholder at WilkinGuttenplan, has been a member of the firm since 2007. She is the Practice Leader for the firm’s Tax Department.  As a seasoned tax professional, Lauren provides sophisticated tax consulting, strategic tax planning, and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and their families, family offices, hedge funds, and emerging and established technology businesses.

With a deep understanding of the unique needs of high-net-worth clients, Lauren excels in delivering tailored solutions that optimize tax efficiency, Section 1202 Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS) savings, wealth preservation, and multi-generational planning. She supports her clients as they implement tax planning strategies and helps to navigate the intricacies of managing multi-state and international tax matters. Beyond her client-focused work, Lauren plays a day-to-day role in the firm’s department leadership, overseeing the operations of the Tax Department and driving strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery and team performance. She is also a firm coach, guiding the next generation of tax professionals through staff coaching and development. Lauren advocates for the future of the accounting profession and serves as the Co-Chair of Rider University’s Accounting Advisory Board.
