WilkinGuttenplan, a leading mid-sized accounting and advisory firm headquartered in New Jersey, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jordan Burkhalter to Partner, effective January 1, 2024. As a Partner, Jordan will continue to provide high-quality service to his clients and strengthen WilkinGuttenplan with his dedication to the firm’s vision.
Jordan started his career with the firm during the 2008 Summer Internship Program. In 2009, he was hired as a full-time employee. Today, Jordan divides his time between working with clients in the real estate, healthcare, and dental industries and closely held businesses. His primary focus is Common Interest Realty Associations throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, where he uses his deep real estate expertise to provide valuable insights to his clients. His work with them includes audits, reviews, tax, and compilation services. Additionally, he provides agreed-upon procedure engagements to these clients. Jordan also provides closely held business clients with audit, review, compilation, tax return preparation, tax planning, and other miscellaneous consulting services. Jordan contributes to developing our entry-level staff and participates in the firm’s recruiting efforts.

Before joining the firm in 2009, Jordan earned his Bachelor of Science from Rider University of New Jersey. He continues his education through regular continuing professional education (CPE) and educational seminars. He is a current member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the New Jersey Community Associations Institute and a member of their Conference and Expo Committee.
