WilkinGuttenplan is pleased to announce that we have been ranked as a Best Accounting Firm to Work For by Accounting Today. Accounting Today has partnered with Best Companies Group to identify companies that have excelled in creating quality workplaces for employees.
This survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in the accounting profession, benefiting its economy, workforce and businesses. The list is made up of almost 200 firms.
Firms from across the United States entered the two-part survey process to determine Accounting Today’s Best Accounting Firms to Work for. The first part, which accounted for around 25% of the total score, assessed each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part, contributing approximately 75% to the overall evaluation, involved an employee survey to gauge their experience. The final rankings were based on the combined scores from these two parts.
