Wilkin & Guttenplan, P.C. (WilkinGuttenplan) is thrilled to announce the addition of four new Principals effective January 1, 2021: Amanda Brady, CPA, Darko Naumoski, CPA, Chris Frederick, CPA, and David Schwartz, CPA.
Amanda, Darko, Chris, and David offer a wide range of skills, both technically and managerially to our team. As Principals, they will continue to provide high quality service to their clients and strengthen WilkinGuttenplan with their dedication to the firm’s vision of the future.

Amanda Brady, CPA, has been with the firm since 1999. She specializes in real estate and professional services industries. Amanda concentrates her practice on providing audit, review, compilation, tax compliance, tax planning, and miscellaneous consulting services to closely held and family businesses.
Chris Frederick, CPA, has been with the firm since 2012. Chris is the co-practice leader of our pharmaceutical and life sciences industry practice group. He has experience working with companies in various stages from development through commercial distribution, with expertise in gross to net accounting. Chris divides his time between working with clients in the pharmaceutical and life science industries, professional services industries, international corporations, and closely held businesses.
Darko Naumoski, CPA, has been with the firm since 2017. He specializes in international taxation and planning strategies. Darko’s tax practice is consumed by international tax matters including U.S. tax aspects of international business such as foreign businesses doing work in the U.S. and U.S. businesses doing work abroad. Darko assists mid-market multinational clients create and implement tax structures to minimize worldwide tax which are operationally practical.
David Schwartz, CPA, has been with the firm since 2006. David specializes in providing audit, tax, and consulting services for real estate entities specializing in cooperative corporations and condominiums in New York. He advises cooperative corporations and condominiums in all areas, including audit, tax, mixed-use allocations, annual and long-term budgeting, and accumulating and investing reserves.
