Biographical Information:
Kerry is an Audit Manager, at WilkinGuttenplan who has been working at the firm since 2014. She specializes in accounting and assurance services for clients in a variety of industries as well as litigation support and estate and trust accounting services. Kerry divides her time between the real estate industry and not-for-profit industries. In addition, Kerry is involved with several employee benefit plan audits.
Kerry works with a variety of real estate developers who own and operate commercial and residential properties. She specializes in compliance audits who receive funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), low income housing tax incentives from New Jersey Mortgage and Finance Agency (NJHMFA) and entities who enter into
Financial Agreements (PILOT) with municipalities. She assists clients in understanding the various complexities of compliance with these government incentive programs.
