She supports her clients as they implement tax planning strategies and helps to navigate the intricacies of managing multi-state and international tax matters. Beyond her client-focused work, Lauren plays a day-to-day role in the firm’s department leadership, overseeing the operations of the Tax Department and driving strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery and team performance. She is also a firm coach, guiding the next generation of tax professionals through staff coaching and development. Lauren advocates for the future of the accounting profession and serves as the Co-Chair of Rider University’s Accounting Advisory Board.
Before joining WilkinGuttenplan, Lauren honed her expertise at an international CPA firm, bringing a global perspective to her work with high-net-worth individuals and complex business structures.
