Q&A

What motivates you?

On a personal level, I am motivated by the desire to make a meaningful, positive impact on my family and friends. Their support and well-being drive everything I do.

Professionally, I am inspired by the entrepreneurs and C-suite executives I have the privilege to work with daily. Each challenge presents an opportunity to collaborate alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, fueling my passion for problem-solving and growth.

What excites you most about the future of your industry?

Interestingly, the very issue that concerns me the most also excites me the most: the pipeline challenge in public accounting. While it presents a problem, it’s also a tremendous opportunity to attract top talent. Our profession has historically struggled to showcase the incredible professional, financial, and personal growth it offers. My goal is to help change that narrative.

What’s your proudest professional achievement?

In chronological order:

  1. Passing the CPA exam, which I wrote about here, and
  2. Having the immense honor to call myself Partner alongside the brightest and most talented individuals public accounting has to offer
