WilkinGuttenplan is pleased to announce that the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA) has named June M. Toth, CPA, CFF, CITP, CGMA, Principal at WilkinGuttenplan president for the 2024- 2025 term.
June has been active at the NJCPA since joining in 1995. She has held positions as Vice Chair and Chair of Business Valuation/Forensics Accounting, NJCPA PAC Chair and Secretary, and member of the Accounting and Auditing (A&A) Interest Group, Volunteer Relations, and Strategic Planning Committees. June was a Trustee and past treasurer of the NJCPA Board of Trustees, an officer of the NJCPA Board of Trustees, and a member of the Investment Committee and Education Foundation Board of Trustees.
With a career spanning more than 30 years, June has built a reputation as a trusted advisor in diverse industries, including not-for-profits, professional services, franchises, and wholesalers. Among her many accolades, June has been recognized as one of NJ Biz’s Power 50 in Accounting for four consecutive years: 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. Forbes recently named June one of America’s Top 200 CPAs in 2024.
Before joining WilkinGuttenplan in 2023, June held the position of managing member at zbt Certified Public Accounting & Consulting, LLC in Edison. In addition to her professional endeavors, June has contributed her expertise to numerous not-for-profit entities, including municipal bodies and charitable organizations. She has played integral roles within the accounting community, serving as a Group and Vice Group Leader of Business Valuation, Forensic & Litigation Services Interest Group, and actively participating in Accounting and Auditing and not-for-profit interest groups.
